Responsibilities: Ensure that data is accurately entered and managed within the company’s CRM Work with technical staff and other internal colleagues to meet customer needs. Attend industry functions, such as association events and conferences, and provide feedback and information on market and creative trends. Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs. Arrange business meetings with prospective clients Responsible to generate leads, developing client relationships, and offering demos to convince the contact about the product. Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices, etc. Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers Prepare a monthly sales plan Achieve monthly sales target. Required Experience/Qualification: Should Have a Bachelor’s /Master’s Degree in Marketing or a relevant field Proven experience of a minimum of 2-4 years in Business Development in the IT Industry.
Can handle the client in a soft and efficient Manner Provide support via Call and Team Viewer / Any Desk The response to every ticket /email with proper comments Resolve ticket within the given time slot allotted for that customer
